By engaging with Atmosfera Cool Global for any window tinting service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide professional installation and removal of automotive and residential/commercial window tint film. Installation for automotive services is done at our shop, while residential/commercial tinting is performed on-site at the customer's location.

2. Appointment Confirmation

All services are by appointment. Bookings may be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person. A booking is confirmed only upon acknowledgment from our team.

3. Warranty

A written warranty is provided with every tint installation. It includes terms for defects such as bubbling, peeling, or decolorization. Full warranty terms are outlined on the physical warranty document issued at the time of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

• Vehicles are presented in clean and accessible condition.

• Residential/commercial premises are accessible and ready for service.

• Any issues or dissatisfaction must be reported within 30 days.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damages unrelated to tint installation

• Pre-existing conditions on glass surfaces

• Costs associated with external factors such as transport or travel
