Atmosfera Cool Global maintains a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy to protect both the customer and our team’s time and resources.
As we are a service-based business with no online store, we do not offer refunds once a tint installation or removal service has been completed.
More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: RM50 cancellation fee may apply for automotive jobs.
For residential/commercial bookings, a site visit charge of RM100 may be applied if our team is dispatched and no service is rendered due to customer cancellation or inaccessibility.
Refunds may only be considered in cases such as:
Advance payment for a service that has not yet been scheduled
Failure on our part to deliver service due to internal errors
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days, via the same payment method.
